Day 01

Arrive Srinagar

Arrival in Srinagar Airport and transfer to Srinagar, the capital city of Jammu & Kashmir is situated at an altitude of 1, 730 m. In the heart of the Kashmir valley, Srinagar spreads out on both sides of the Jhelum River. The valley's beauty has enticed visitors from distant lands. Srinagar bears the hallmark of the Mughal, dry fruits and the traditional Kashmiri handicrafts are the other major attractions of the hill resort. If there is a heaven on earth, it's here, it's here, it's here in Srinagar. Later evening enjoy 1-hour relaxing Shikara Ride in the famous Dal Lake.

Day 02

In Srinagar

Breakfast at the hotel Activities: Local sightseeing Srinagar After breakfast proceed for Sightseeing tour of Mughal Gardens, With terraced lawns, cascading fountains, paint-box-bright flowerbeds with the panorama of the Dal in front of them-the two Mughal Gardens of Nishat and Shalimar Nishat Garden known as 'Garden of pleasure' built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Nishat Bagh is a terraced Mughal garden built on the eastern side of the Dal Lake, It is the second largest Mughal Garden in the Kashmir Valley. The largest in size is the Shalimar Bagh, which is also located on the bank of the Dal Lake. 'Nishat Bagh' is Urdu, which means "Garden of Joy," "Garden of Gladness" and "Garden of Delight. Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as 'Garden of love' built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan or (Mehr-un-Nissa). The garden is considered the high point of Mughal horticulture. It is now a public park. This time it's also called as crown of Srinagar. After that visit to old city tour Jamia Masjid is a mosque in Srinagar. The Jamia Masjid of Srinagar is situated at Nowhatta, in the middle of the old city. It was built by Sultan Sikandar Shah Kashmiri Shahmiri in 1394 AD Under the order of Mir Mohammad Hamdani son of Sayyid-ul-Auliya sayyid Ali Hamadani. Shah Hamdan had also stayed some days here to propagate Islam Shah-I-Hamdan Sultan Sikander reigned from 1389 to 1413 AD. He had constructed the shrine in memory of Mir Syed Ali Hamdani. The Khankah in Kashmir houses two relics of Prophet Muhammad. Day 03

Srinagar–Pahalgam-Srinagar

Breakfast at the hotel Distance/ Time Taken: 96 Km. (03Hours’ Drive) Morning proceed from Srinagar to Pahalgam for day trip. On the way guest can visit Cricket Bat Factories, Saffron Fields. Once at Pahalgam our vehicle is only allowed for local running in market not for sightseeing in Pahalgam. Pahalgam (2133 mts) also known as “The valley of Shepherds or Trekker’s Paradise”. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. Pahalgam is among the most beautiful places on earth and the town offers breath-taking views. One can just enjoy the town of Pahalgam trek to some of the most beautiful places. It is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave, a holy site for Hindus. Guest can visit Aru, Chandanwari and Betaab valley by local Vehicle hiring from Registered Tourist Taxi Stands OR else can-do Sightseeing of Baisaran, Dabiyan, Kashmir valley, Water Fall, Pahalgam Valley, Kanimarg on Pony hiring from Pony stands (Direct Cost basis). Chandanwari is situated 16 km from Pahalgam, is the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra, which takes place every year in the month of Sawan (monsoon). The road to Chandanwari is beautiful and enjoyable. The valley is of average nature. However, people can see the beautiful starting point of great Amarnath Yatra. Betaab Valley is situated at a distance of 15 kilometres from Pahalgam. The valley got its name from the Sunny Deol-Amrita Singh hit debut film Betaab. The Valley is towards northeast of Pahalgam and falls between Pahalgam and Chandanwari and is en route Amarnath Temple Yatra. The valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountains and covered with dense vegetation. Aru valley is located around 12 km from Pahalgam, 11 km upstream from the Lidder River. The Aru valley is noted for its scenic meadows. It is popular among the tourists for its peaceful environment and scenic beauty. The village is a base camp for trekkers to the Kolahoi Glacier, the Tarsar - Marsar lakes and the Katrinag valley. It is also a base for the treks to Lidderwat, the Vishansar-Kishansar lakes and Kangan. The Kolahoi is the largest glacier in the Kashmir Valley, and is located near Mt. Kolahoi (5425m), the highest peak in the Valley. Later return to Srinagar Overnight at the hotel

Day 04

Srinagar/ Gulmarg

Breakfast at the hotel Distance/Time Taken: 56 Km one way. (2 Hrs Drive Approx) After breakfast proceed from Srinagar to Gulmarg. On reaching at Gulmarg our vehicle will drop the guest at Hotel Area in Gulmarg then no vehicle is allowed for local running in Gulmarg due to eco Fragile Zone, Gulmarg is (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts) known as ‘Meadow of flowers Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. It is one of the India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty–It also turns into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. After reaching at Gulmarg Guest can do Cable Car Ride I Phase (which is included) Need to pre book tickets subject to availability at the time of booking). Sledge ride/ Pony ride/ ATV ride/ Snow Shoes & jackets etc. if required will be on direct cost basis. (If the road is closed due to snowfall, then the guest have to hire snow jeep from Tangmarg to Gulmarg & back On direct payment basis). Overnight stay at Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel Distance/ Time Taken: 56 Km one way. (2 Hrs Drive Approx) After breakfast transfer from hotel at Gulmarg to Srinagar airport to catch the flight for your onward journey with sweet holiday memories. Flight check in starts three hours before the schedule departure time.
